Behind every seamless celebration at Oxleaze Barn is a dedicated team working thoughtfully behind the scenes, ensuring each moment unfolds exactly as it should.
From the first planning conversations to the final song on the dance floor, our team is there to guide, support, and take care of every detail. Today, we’re introducing two of the friendly faces who help make it all happen: Vicki and Rosie.
Meet Vicki
Vicki is The Senior Event Manager at Oxleaze Barn and has been part of the team since July 2025. With a calm, organised approach and a genuine passion for weddings, she plays a key role in bringing each couple’s vision to life.
For Vicki, the most rewarding part of the job is being part of such an important milestone in people’s lives. She works closely with every couple in the lead-up to their big day, making sure each detail is carefully planned and reflects exactly what they’ve imagined. By the time the wedding arrives, everything is in place allowing couples to relax and fully enjoy every moment.
No two weddings are ever the same, and that’s something Vicki truly loves. Each celebration is a personal reflection of the couple, and she always takes away a special moment from every single one whether it’s a heartfelt speech, a quiet moment before the ceremony, or the energy of the dance floor later in the evening.
Her approach to planning is both supportive and detail-focused. Typically, she’ll meet couples at least twice to walk through their plans, timelines, and ideas, ensuring everything flows perfectly. Outside of those meetings, she’s always available by phone or email to offer advice, answer questions, or simply provide reassurance.
Her top advice for couples? Don’t worry about a thing just enjoy it. With everything carefully prepared and a dedicated team on hand, the day is yours to soak up and celebrate.

It is very hard to find the right words to express our sheer delight for the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, during the pre-wedding nerves, the organisation of the guests, after the ceremony, the speeches!, the Wedding Breakfast and the evening entertainment, you held our virtual hands through-out the day / night. Not once did we have to worry about the organisation of the day, you had it covered! Your professionalism shone through. Everyone we have spoken to before, during and after the day, all had the same sentiments .. “Beautiful”, “Gorgeous”, “A wonderful, magical experience”, “Fantastic, such a lovely place”.
Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Events such as these are entered with a degree of trepidation and a fear of the unknown. But not once did we have any worry or concern, the food, the musical entertainment, everything was of the highest quality. You even managed to organise a lovely sunny day! Whoo-whoo!!
Meet Rosie
Rosie is the Barn Manager at Oxleaze , helping to coordinate and deliver each wedding day so it runs smoothly from beginning to end.
She thrives on the atmosphere that comes with weddings—the excitement, the emotion, and the joy that fills the barn from start to finish. For Rosie, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing all the planning come together and knowing she’s played a part in creating such a special experience for each couple and their guests.
Like Vicki, Rosie finds it impossible to choose just one favourite memory. Every wedding brings its own standout moments whether it’s a couple’s first look, a particularly moving speech, or a packed dance floor full of laughter and celebration. These small but powerful moments are what make each wedding unforgettable.
Rosie understands that, for couples, the most important thing on the day is feeling relaxed and present. Knowing that everything is being handled behind the scenes allows them to focus on what really matters: spending time with the people they love.
And behind the scenes, there’s a lot happening. From coordinating suppliers to keeping everything on schedule, Rosie is constantly ensuring that the day flows effortlessly often without couples even realising the level of organisation involved.
Her approach is all about preparation, clear communication, and staying calm under pressure. By working closely as a team and always thinking one step ahead, she helps ensure every wedding feels smooth, seamless, and stress-free.
