Oxleaze offers a collection of flexible, multifunctional spaces that adapt to whatever you're planning — from intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, and from corporate gatherings to relaxed private parties. Set near Lechlade, where Gloucestershire meets the borders of Wiltshire and Oxfordshire, the barn and the surrounding grounds sit in the heart of the Cotswolds, giving you room to shape your day exactly as you imagine it.

Milling Barn
With beams dating back to 1702 the Milling Barn is full of character, offering a unique ceremony space. Up to 80 guests.
Main Barn
Our Main Barn is a traditional Cotswold Barn, a romantic and charming space to celebrate your wedding. Up to 110 guests.
Main Courtyard
Beyond the barn is a pretty Courtyard garden, the perfect place for an outside ceremony. Up to 110 guests.
WedShed
For a wilder touch, our pretty WedShed is located at the top of the wooded meadow and is licensed for ceremonies. Up to 110 guests.

The Grounds
Oxleaze sits within the rolling landscape of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire and is a working, organic family farm. With buildings dating back to the 1700’s, the farm is steeped in history and home to many farm animals and wildlife. Its scenic vistas change throughout the seasons and create the perfect space for a countryside celebration.
Accommodation
Stable Cottage and the Dutch barns are set in the heart of the farm offering flexible overnight accommodation for your guests.
Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage (above) is at the heart of the farm, with chickens and ducks roaming freely. This three-bedroom cottage is the ideal space for friends and family to gather for a pre-wedding BBQ and catch-ups the next morning. Sleeps six
Dutch 1
In the first side of our beautifully converted self-catering Dutch Barn you will find a cosy nest for the happy couple alongside a purpose-built dressing room. Sleeps two
Dutch 2
The connecting half of the barn hosts two twin rooms with a lovely living space. Sharing an outdoor patio, it’s the perfect place to gather for some pre-wedding drinks. Sleeps four

Setting
The farm and beautifully restored barn offer a stunningly tranquil setting for barn weddings in the Cotswolds. Oxleaze is located between the quintessential Cotswold villages of Eastleach, Filkins and Southrop.
Access
Your venue hire includes exclusive access to the Barns and the Getting Ready Room from 10:30am, giving you ample time to relax, settle in, and prepare for your special day. Ceremonies can commence from 1pm onward, allowing for a beautifully paced and stress-free start to your celebrations.
Accommodation
Check-in is available from 3pm, with check-out at 10am the morning after your celebrations. Each room includes a thoughtfully prepared continental breakfast hamper to enjoy during your stay. A minimum booking of all six bedrooms is required.
